Professor John Morgan is currently a consultant cardiologist and electrophysiologist at the Heart Rhythm Clinic in Southampton, UK. He is also an Honourary Professor of Cardiac Rhythm management at the University of Southampton.
He founded the Wessex Cardiac Arrhythmia Management Servuce in 1992, which has since become a center for cardiac defibrillation and complex arrhythmias in adult congenital heart disease patients. In 2002, he became a member of the European Society of Cardiology.
His current research focuses on implantable devices.
