In this video from Arrhythmia Academy's Journal Club, we are joined by Prof Dhiraj Gupta (Liverpool Heart and Chest NHS Foundation Trust, UK) and Dr Heiko Lehrmann (Universitäts-Herzzentrum Freiburg Bad Krozingen, DE) to discuss advances in 3D-mapping which reduce electrophysiologist's exposure to radiation in transseptal puncture. 

Dr Lehrmann outlines a novel method of 3D Anatomic Map-Guided Transseptal Puncture as another step towards a zero-fluoroscopy PVI procedure, presenting the feasibility of implementing this technique in clinical practice.
